Admitted to UIUC Biology; UW Madison Clinical Lab Science; Purdue Med Technology. Need help deciding. Insight? - il be in my lab

Really interested in Med Tech and Science Lab, but not at the University of Illinois, Illinois-based, but U offered, it is cheaper. Purdue will receive partial scholarships, and none of the UW. I'm going to bite the bullet with more student loans when I know that a program can beat another. Help!
