OHIO to PA boat and Trailer Transfer..HELP......? - how to transfer trailer plate, ontario
I have a boat and a trailer that I see someone on the sale of the Palestinian Authority. I had the boat for about six months. We give our names, but because it is too small for our growing family. Registration is not in our name. Like the AP, in the transfer of registration? Will they accept the registration, without our supporters to get plates on our behalf?

I suspect you have a contract for the previous owners. You will be asked to pay sales tax on the price paid. Perhaps, if you know that the previous owner, you may be new to new owners. Do you have a title?

Pennsylvania is no registration required unless the vehicle has an internal combustion engine. If the boat is operated by an electric motor or by man, is not nessesary registry. However, if the ship should be used in the waters of the Pennsylvania State Park is that the boat will need a permit to start.
The new owner has signed a deed on the ship and the sales invoice and a certificate of the trailer.
